Through a self-reflective video narrative, the project explores the site of the Island as a way of discovering more appropriate methods of working. From the position of architecture students, the video steps away from learned rationality and searches for gaps within the system where it might parasitically exist. Along the way, it encounters characters who embody different positions within the class struggle: the affluent neighbour Iveta, the boss Milan, Pavel, who lives by the railway tracks, the three-headed dog Heteros, Pepa the developer, and Líša the cat. The video creates a place for those who want to become part of it, with an ambition to exclude no one. An outdoor kitchen with an accessible structure, a garage entrance portal, a radio booth, and noise barriers emerge on site, from the site itself.
